No increase in prices for half term
Long weekend and mid week breaks negotiable

• Rental prices include : water, gas for cooking and an allowance for electricity consumption,
  extra consumption is charged at normal rates.
• Bookings are normally by the week SAT to SAT but in low/mid season mid-week bookings may be possible
• Linen hire: includes duvet cover, pillow cases & sheets only €8 per bed. Towels available at €2 per person.
• All our properties are available for rent all year round and in low season long weekends or mid-week breaks are negotiable.
• Heating is by log fires (wood can be purchased from proprietor) and electric convectors and we do pre-heat the properties for you in the cooler months.
• A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
• In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
