A ground floor detached self-catering mini-gîte with its own private terrace and magnificent views across the river to the waterfall. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace, two armchairs, double bed, kitchen corner, shower room and WC, electric heating. Closed grounds with lawn and garden furniture this gite is on an island formed by the water flow of the Mill.

This property has a history dating back over 800 years to 1308 and was modernised in the 1990s.

Ideal for romantic breaks, this gite is so beautiful that the local authority floodlight the house and gardens from dusk to midnight on Saturdays throughout July & August.

Given the proximity of this property to the river and waterfall, it is essential that potential visitors be aware that children under 14 and small pets may need constant supervision.
